ANNUAL STATE OF ALLYSHIP-IN-ACTION RESEARCH
IWL’s groundbreaking State of Allyship-in-Action Research Study featured in Harvard Business Review (October 7, 2022) makes the case for activating men as allies to move the needle on gender equity. The study’s back in 2023, with an expanded focus on the experiences of intersectional groups, and the practice of allyship to women by other women.
Driven by research, IWL has been complementing company HR, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion departments and professional development efforts since 2010.
